I am a single mother with lupus. I have been on quarantine since the end of feb . My car was totalled. I've broke my foot with no insurance. My bills are piling up. I'm very stressed whichis causing my lupus to flare. The holidays are approaching an i don't want my kids feeling anymore of this i need help.
