Rainbow House - transitional, supportive housing for young women and children in Napa Single young mothers (ages 18 to 24), pregnant or with children under age 5, find a safe haven and shelter in this transitional housing program. These vulnerable young adults receive counseling, case management, parenting and employment services and are referred to many other supportive programs in the Napa community. Call 224-4403 for intake procedure.
