This office is part of the Pennsylvania Child Care Information Services (CCIS). They administer the subsidized child care program that helps low-income families pay their child care fees. If you meet the guidelines: The CCIS will pay a part of your child care cost. This is called a subsidy payment. You will pay a part of the cost. This is called the family co-pay. The subsidy payment and the family co-pay go directly to the child care program. If your child care subsidy does not pay the full amount that your child care program charges, the provider may ask you to pay the difference between the subsidy payment and their private charges. Submit an application to this office to apply for subsidized Child Care.
Pls I want to apply for CCIS for my one year old son how do get the form.
My hours have been cut due to covid-19 and not having any child care. When I am able to pick up a weekend or evening shift I have to come out of pocket. At this time like I said my hours have changed and I can't continue to pay out of pocket because I am also facing an eviction and can't seem to find any resources of any kind. The sooner I get back to work I will be able to get a deposit ready for a new home I honestly need help please
