About Vicker's House Community Resource Center

Provides individuals with information on jobs, training shelters, child care, food programs, emergency assistance, literacy, transportation, special needs and assistance in a one-stop assistance center. Family Day is designed to provide information regarding pre-natal care and daily living skills. Job Day invites a different business every week to provide information about positions and applications for clients. Senior Day includes case management for Medical waiver and assisted listing waiver. Screening is done to assist with daycare, respite homemaker, personal care, home delivered meals, companionship, and emergency alert response systems. Transportation can also be provided to doctors, shopping, adult daycare and congregate meals. Bags of groceries are given to seniors who are indigent and over age 60.
